sms_tfn_verifications_requirements
Lists everything the carriers ask for before they will review a toll-free verification, in the order to present it, with what you have already supplied and where each item stands. Read it with no verification named to get the blank form before starting one, or name a verification to see its own answers. An item's `state` says where it stands, and this read emits five: `not_supplied` asks you for the value; `supplied` means a draft holds it; `in_review` means the carrier holds the whole dossier, so nothing can change; `approved` and `rejected` are the carrier's verdict on the dossier, shared by every supplied item, and `reason` carries its words on a refusal. The set is open, since review can gain stages; a state you do not recognise is not yours to act on.
