voice_stats_hourly
Per-hour voice stats series (total and answered legs, `asr`, `acd_ms`), gap-filled with zero rows, max 30 days (720 rows). A longer window returns 422, so use `voice_stats_daily` for those. `from`/`to` are instants, each rounded down to the enclosing hour and echoed back in `period`. For one aggregate row use `voice_stats_summary`.
